Position: Marketing Executive – Healthcare & Diagnostics

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Petrol Allowance: ₹100/day, with scope for enhancement based on travel requirements

Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Two-wheeler: Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and people-oriented Marketing Executive to build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals and create awareness about the organisation's diagnostic services.

This is a field-based healthcare marketing role involving regular doctor visits, relationship management, service communication and referral development.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Visit doctors regularly within the assigned territory and understand their requirements.
- Introduce and communicate the organisation's diagnostic services, facilities and offerings.
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral relationships.
- Follow up with existing and prospective doctor contacts.
- Identify opportunities to build new professional relationships within the territory.
- Conduct approximately 8–10 doctor visits per day.
- Maintain records of visits, follow-ups and referral-related activities.




- Work towards defined monthly performance objectives.
- Submit regular activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Who We're Looking For ✔ 2–3 years of experience in diagnostic, healthcare or medical marketing preferred.

✔ Experience in doctor/clinic relationship management will be an advantage.

✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

✔ Confident and comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.

✔ Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.

✔ Comfortable with regular field visits and independent territory management.

✔ Own two-wheeler is mandatory.

Performance & Incentives

This is a performance-oriented role with fixed monthly compensation plus separate performance incentives.

The first month will be an initial performance evaluation period, with defined referral and business-development expectations.
