Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for Structure Design & Coordination to lead our structural engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural design process for a variety of complex projects, ensuring designs are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the structural design team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the complete structural design lifecycle from conceptualization to detailed design and construction support for various building and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all structural designs adhere to international and local building codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS).
- Develop and implement structural design strategies, methodologies, and quality control procedures to ensure design excellence and efficiency.




- Coordinate extensively with architectural, MEP, civil, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall project plans, resolving clashes and optimizing solutions.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets for structural design deliverables, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external consultants regarding structural design matters, presenting solutions and addressing concerns.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to structural integrity, constructability, and project delivery.
- Stay abreast of recent technologies, materials, and design software in structural engineering to promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site visits as necessary.
