nBuild and manage strategic partnerships across:

- Distribution and Embedded Finance partners
N

nLead end-to-end partner acquisition:

- Partner sourcing
N
- Commercial negotiations
N
- Revenue-share discussions
N
- GTM strategy and deal closure
N

nOwn partner success post onboarding:

N

n
- Integration and go-live execution
N
- Performance monitoring
N
- Disbursement and conversion growth
N
- Issue resolution and stakeholder management
N

nDrive growth through:

N

- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
N
- Recent use cases and product extensions
N
- Expansion of existing partnerships
N

nCollaborate closely with Product, Credit, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

NExperience:

- Strong experience( 4 -9 years ) in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships
N
- Exposure to fintech, lending, embedded finance, NBFCs, banks, or LSP ecosystem
N
- Proven track record of closing and scaling strategic partnerships
N
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
