Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering on the Leasing Engineering team, you will lead the architecture, delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale real estate and digital marketplace platforms. The role will drive multi-disciplinary engineering teams across front-end, backend, data engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise architecture while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and business alignment. Youll partner closely with product, marketing, and data teams to set technical direction, grow a high-performing engineering team.

Youll bring an AI-first mindset to everything you build - actively exploring how emerging technologies can unlock new capabilities, accelerate delivery, and redefine whats possible for our Leasing platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role with real ownership over team culture, technical quality, and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering team delivering highly scalable web, data, and platform solutions built on modern cloud-native architectures.

- Define and execute technology strategy, architecture roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and engineering best practices across product portfolios.

- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Data Engineering, Security, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive engineering excellence through Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, quality engineering, observability, and DevSecOps practices.

- Manage technical delivery across frontend applications, backend services, enterprise integrations, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

- Establish governance around performance, reliability, security, compliance, resiliency,



and cost optimization.

- Mentor technical leads, software engineers, and data engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Lead architecture reviews, technical decision-making, risk management, and vendor/platform evaluations.

- Drive adoption of AI-enabled development, automation, cloud-native services, and data-driven engineering practices.

Leadership Qualifications

- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and managing multiple product portfolios.

- Solid expertise in cloud-native architecture, enterprise platforms, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience managing budgets, vendor engagements, resource planning, and technology roadmaps.

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across executive leadership, product organizations, and business partners.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and engineering metrics.

- Ability to balance strategic planning with execution excellence while driving innovation and organizational growth.
