Job DescriptionRole Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027).
NKey Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies.
N
- Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts.
N
- Create customized wedding packages and experiences.
N
- Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings.
N
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events.
N
nQualifications & Skills:
N
n
- Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management.
N
- 10 -15 years' experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales.
N
- Solid network of wedding planners and agencies.
N
- Excellent communicationand client engagement skills.
N
