Role: Senior Manager – Publisher Alliances

About the Role

Affinity Global is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager – Publisher Partnerships to accelerate our growth across fintech, utility and other high-value mobile app publishers in Southeast Asia and India.

This is a strategic supply-side partnerships role where you’ll identify, acquire and grow publisher relationships across Affinity’s monetization ecosystem. You will own the partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and commercial negotiations to onboarding and long-term revenue growth—working closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, Publisher Success and Demand teams.

Success in this role means building a strong publisher pipeline, acquiring strategic partners and driving sustainable revenue growth across Affinity’s supply ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and onboard high-value mobile app publishers onto Affinity’s monetization stack (VEVE, SitePlug, mCanvas and future product offerings).
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of publisher opportunities across Southeast Asia and India.
- Build strategic relationships with publisher stakeholders including Heads of Monetization,



Revenue, Growth and Ad Operations.
- Lead commercial negotiations across CPM, CPC, CPI, CPS and revenue-share models.
- Own publisher relationship health by driving revenue growth, fill rates, eCPM, supply quality and long-term retention.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations and Publisher Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, SDK integrations and monetization optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing publisher relationships through additional Affinity products and solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and regularly report on partnership performance.
- Represent Affinity at industry events, conferences and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and generate recent business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening new doors and closing strategic partnerships.
- Someone with 5+ years of experience in Publisher Partnerships, Supply Partnerships, AdTech, Programmatic Advertising or Mobile App Monetization.
- Experienced in working with mobile app publishers, ad networks, SSPs, affiliate networks, publisher monetization platforms or similar AdTech businesses.
- Someone with an existing network of publisher relationships across Southeast Asia and/or India (preferred).
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers including Heads of Monetization, Chief Revenue Officers, Heads of Growth, Revenue leaders and Ad Operations teams.
- Commercially fluent in mobile app monetization, mediation platforms, programmatic advertising and publisher revenue models.
- Proven in consistently achieving commercial targets and driving publisher revenue growth.
- Collaborative by nature, working effectively with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, Publisher Success and Demand teams to deliver outstanding publisher outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
