Summary:

The Senior Manager Operations for the India market is responsible for end-to-end functional leadership of supply chain operations and after-sales service, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience. This role drives operational excellence by implementing best practices across operations, commercial, and finance processes, with a robust emphasis on supply chain efficiency and service delivery.

The incumbent leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and performance across materials, labor, freight, and returns, contributing to financial excellence. Acting as a key regional contributor, the role supports the supply chain and service operations across the APAC region while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and after-sales service functions in India.

- Drive the adoption and implementation of supply chain best practices across operations, commercial, and finance processes.

- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency gains.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operational activities.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.





- Collaborate with APAC regional teams to align local operations with global standards and share best practices.

- Conduct regular reviews and implement enhancements to supply chain and service processes for scalability and resilience.

- Monitor and report on KPIs related to supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record in driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, and commercial teams.

- Experience in after-sales service operations and logistics within a manufacturing or technology environment.

- Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and freight.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.

- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to APAC region.
