1. CPD : Quality & Operations - external stakeholders for services like tele consult Understanding and improvement of Pharma Order Flow

- Catalog: Content Quality development and continuous improvement
- SKU level Monitoring : Regulatory Overview : example Saleable / Non Saleable SKU inputs and guidance
- CS & CX : Pharma related to continue even when taken up by FK central CS/CX team
- Anti-Counterfeit Medicine Charter
- Regulatory Discussion & Dialogues for enablement of process/ product with Legal + Compliance
- Minutes platform capability building for Pharma with tech team: Work on Search enablement, Selection visibility, unavailable SKU intelligence
- Overall Pharma selection improvement
