Role & responsibilities

1. Provide inputs for preparation of sales and marketing strategy for Industrial Chemical Products in terms of product pricing, promotion and margins in line with GNFCs business plan.
2. Coordinate with central lab and filling station to evaluate performance of transporters and take decision on cancellation/ award of transport contracts.
3. Maintain liaison with key customers to obtain feedback on and enhance performance of sales, marketing and distribution systems.
4. Maintain sound customer relations in the domestic market with the dual objectives of retaining existing customers and acquiring current customers.
5. Allocate / review sales targets for individual Product Heads based on business plan.
6. Receive periodic updates from Product Heads on stocks, consumption patterns and prices and track compliance with budgets.
7. Set goals, review and manage performance, guide, counsel and provide feedback to subordinates on performance so as to ensure a motivated and committed team.





Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict/ enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
6. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards/ criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration : The selected candidate will be taken on Companys Regular Grade GREO-05 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-05 is Approx. Rs. 23.26 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
