Role :

Support in development of Human Resources functions, strategies and processes in line with the organizations business strategy and plans and as well as managing the industrial relations climate of the organization along with compliances of labour laws.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, manage, implement and administer HR policies/guidelines in the area of performance management system, manpower planning, recruitment, career & succession planning, compensation review and payroll management, Industrial relations, contract labour management etc.
2. Review existing rules and regulations and recommend changes for improving productivity, discipline etc. and also recommend HR strategy and HR roadmap in accordance with operating workplace.
3. Execution of various HR policies/systems in order to achieve organizations objectives.
4. Work in close co-ordination with the Dept. Heads to capture their key expectations from the human resources function and provide efficient service.
5. Interact action with workers and union leaders on all critical employees relations matters and execution of periodic agreements based on statutory norms, established practices and company policies.
6.



Implementation of welfare measures for all employees based on approved plans.
7. Provide legal advice and support in litigation cases and liaison with govt. authorities.

1. Well versed in Commercial laws as well as knowledge of Company law procedures

3. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
4. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
5. Attention to detail and a well organized approach to work.
6. Capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem solving skills.
7. A diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
8. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, managerial skills and team working skills.
9. A sound grasp of corporate governance issues and a commercial frame of mind.

Remuneration : The selected candidate will be taken on Companys Regular Grade GREO-05 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-05 is Approx. Rs. 23.26 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
