- Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities, including compliance with labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures to promote a positive work setting.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on various aspects of human resource management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
- Work in alignment with the Parent unit and report to the parent unit
- Should have previous relevant experience of healthcare/hospital

Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR Generalist Activities & Industrial Relations.
- MBA/PGDM degree specializing in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
