Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and business-critical positions.

- Lead manpower planning, hiring strategy, and recruitment analytics.

- Drive performance management, goal setting, probation reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement.

- Lead HR projects, policy implementation, process improvements, and HR automation initiatives.

- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics for leadership reviews.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and data accuracy.

- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Admin, and Business teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

- Support senior leadership with HR strategy, presentations, governance, and execution of key HR priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile





- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

- 710 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Strategic HR roles.

- Robust experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

- Proven ability to partner with business leaders, manage multiple stakeholders, and independently drive HR initiatives.

- Experience in high-growth/start-up, consulting, education, or services organizations preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Exposure to HR analytics, workforce planning, HRMS, and process improvement initiatives.

- Certifications in HR, Project Management, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
