About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Franchise Expansion to drive the expansion of Bachpan Play School across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, identifying potential business partners, converting leads into franchise opportunities, and achieving expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current franchise leads through various channels, including references, market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Connect with potential franchise partners and understand their business requirements and investment interests.
- Present the Bachpan Play School franchise model , business opportunities, and benefits to prospective franchisees.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion and onboarding .
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, meetings, and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct Pan-India market visits to identify potential locations and meet prospective franchise partners.
- Travel across India for approximately 10–20 days per month ,



depending on business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, site evaluation, approvals, and franchise onboarding.
- Monitor the franchise pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise expansion and revenue targets .
- Analyse market trends and identify new cities/regions for Bachpan Play School expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates on franchise development activities and conversion status.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Franchise Development, Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Expansion .
- Experience in the Preschool / Education / School Franchise industry is highly preferred .
- Strong lead-generation, sales, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business development goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and locations simultaneously.
