Role & responsibilities

- Financial Leadership &
- Reporting:

Direct month-end/year-end closures, Ind AS compliance, and deliver high-level management insights through MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Project Accounting &

- Cost Control:

Oversee project-wise cost centers, budget adherence, variance analyses, cost overruns, and project capitalization.

- RERA Financial Governance: Manage designated 70% project escrow and 30% operational bank accounts, coordinate Forms 1 through 5 certifications, and handle quarterly portal filings.

- Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance:

Maintain stringent compliance across GST (including GSTR-2B reconciliations and ITC verification), TDS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, and Labour Cess, while managing multi-tier audits.

- Treasury &

- Working Capital:

Optimize cash flows, monitor project financing, direct vendor payment processing, and oversee rigorous bank reconciliations.

- Internal Controls &

- ERP Management:

Enforce robust maker-checker protocols, SOPs, and system-level security via Tally Prime or enterprise ERP solutions.





Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred
- CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com considered based on relevant background.

- Experience Range: 12 to 18+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 8 years specifically within the Real Estate / Construction sector.

- Core Requirement: Proven expertise managing multi-project RERA compliance portfolios.

Technical Proficiency

- Percentage of Completion (POC) Accounting &
- Ind AS

- Real Estate Taxation (GST, TDS under 194C/194J/194-IA)

- Project Costing, Cash Flow Optimization, and Budgeting

- Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) &

- Tally Prime/ERP systems

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Zero major statutory or internal audit observations

- 100% compliance with RERA and tax filing timelines

- Accurate and timely MIS and cash flow reporting

- Strict adherence to project budgets and efficient working capital turnover
