Channel/Business Relationship Management

· Achieve business targets - Target Planning (Product Mix, Channel Mix for the respective partners)

· Maintaining GWP Spread across mapped Location

· High engagement with partners through Governance structure, sales activities and identify recent revenue stream opportunities

· Manage Retention and focus on Increase in Retention %age with specific activities at Partner level

· Create & Implement training programs for Partners

· Identify and reduce TAT of Discrepancy in policy transactions and cheque bounce % and ensure

64VB compliance across

· Adhere to Mandated Training Hours / Processes

· Communicate Targets to Channels and ensure their expected productivity

· Periodic Reviews with channels,



feedback, sharing of company s objectives & align them accordingly

· To participate in ensuring administrative governance, conduct, discipline and implementation of people practices within the team

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

· Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing

· Expert skills on MS office

· Insurance domain knowledge
