Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading the ecommerce strategy, managing online sales channels, and driving revenue growth across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing assortment and pricing, optimizing product listings, coordinating digital campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to improve conversion and customer retention.

The Senior Manager

Ecommerce collaborates closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure inventory availability, timely fulfillment, and consistent brand representation online. This role also involves identifying new ecommerce opportunities, managing key external platform relationships, and mentoring team members to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end management of marketplace and Q-Commerce accounts.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Manage relationships with key marketplace partners and account managers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize promotional and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.




- Take ownership of the category/business P&L; and drive sustainable profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, pricing, and product listings across platforms.
- Analyze business metrics, customer insights, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare business reviews, MIS reports, and growth strategies for leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing one or more of the following platforms:

- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- BigBasket
- Other leading Marketplace & Q-Commerce platforms

Additionally, candidates must have:

- Experience managing monthly business of ₹3 Crore+
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹60 Lakhs
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and business reporting
- Proven experience in campaign planning, performance optimization, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of P&L; management and business analytics
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Marketplace and/or Q-Commerce.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, D2C, or Consumer Goods industry will be an added advantage.
