Key Responsibilities
- Lead business operations and drive growth initiatives.
- Supervise branch and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Preferred Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in lending, credit, collections, or operations will be an advantage.
