Lead international logistics operations with ownership of freight cost optimization, carrier relationship management, shipment escalations, customer communication, customs coordination, delivery timelines, and continuous process improvement.

Core Responsibilities

- Freight planning and cost optimization.

- Compare courier/freight options and negotiate rates, rebates and waivers.

- Manage carrier, Freight Forwarder and CHA relationships.

- Own shipment booking, documentation and execution.

- Manage delivery timelines and expedite urgent shipments.

- Handle shipment delays, customs hold, duty payment, lost shipments, RTO and return cases.

- Communicate shipment status and duty/customs issues with customers.

- Coordinate export documentation and customs compliance.

- Manage reverse logistics and refunds.

- Guide junior logistics executives.

- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Procurement.

- Drive SOP improvements and logistics MIS reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 2–4 years in International Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Export Operations.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce or related discipline.
