Experience

- 17+ years of experience in HR Operations within a process/manufacturing environment.
- MBA (HR) / MHRM preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Drive manpower planning and workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for plant operations.
- Lead Performance Management System (PMS) for management and non-management employees.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and oversee the complete employee lifecycle.
- Handle Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and grievance management.




- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour administration and vendor coordination.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and competency development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS, workforce analytics, and management reports.
- Partner with plant leadership to support business objectives and organizational growth.
