About The Role We are seeking a new Lead Designer HVAC, you will be working closely with Interior design team and MEP Design team on design deliverables, Coordinating with PM team on design implementation as per the design intent.

What Makes The Role Successful

- You will be responsible to manage and guide a team of professional Design Engineers.
- You will develop design concept from project specifications, with all technical supporting document from initial stage to construction stage.Allocate, prioritise a team of Design Engineers.
- You will Check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.




- You will Verify the material data sheets and material take off reports.
- You will Prepare project estimation and validating the Project cost.
- You will Assist and guide drafting and design team to achieve the project time lines.
- You will Document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
- You will Incorporate learning from projects and customers feedback for design excellence.
- You will Guide and training the team on technology up-gradation. Coordination at site point.
- You will design / Conceptualise / Plan / ReviewYou will Motivate / train / guide / mentor& control the team.

What We’re Looking For

- You have 10+ years of experience as a Design engineer-HVAC
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- You should have experience in Corporate/Office Interiors projects is required.
- You should have thorough understanding of Engineering Standards
- You should have AutoCAD and REVIT application design skills
- You should have Knowledge of Project Management and Procurement.
- You should have Team Leadership Skills, Conflict Resolution Skills, Team Administration Skills,Management Skills.
- You should have Good Communication Skills.
