Roles and Responsibilities

- Serve as a support analyst and operate detailing platforms such as TEKLA, AutoCAD, etc.
- Must comply with the requirements of the design drawings and all industry standards and protocols, such as those established by AISC, AWS and comply with current OSHA, and NISD guidelines
- Prepares Bill of Material, Title Block, Template, and Reports as per Clients requirement
- Strong knowledge of member placement
- The Senior Modeler will suggest connections wherever drawings have insufficient information, subject to the approval of the architect and structural engineer
- Generates the GA drawings, Shop drawings with related reports
- Accurately complete and check all necessary system input for finalization of model and Bill of Materials
- Prepares the RFIs and updates in the model as per RFIs response from the customer
- Should be strong in custom component and auto connections.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies

- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree of civil or mechanical engineering is required - work experience in TEKLA may substitute as an equivalent to a Bachelor’s/Diploma degree
- Working knowledge of AISC codes, OSHA, AWS, and other standards are a must
- Strong experience in reading and interpreting structural/architectural design drawings

Senior Editor/Junior Editor

(Senior Editor with min. 3 to 5 yrs experience) – 3 Openings

Roles And Responsibilities





- Serve as a support analyst and operate detailing platforms such as TEKLA, AutoCAD, etc.
- Must comply with the requirements of the design drawings and all industry standards and protocols, such as those established by the AISC and AWS while complying with current OSHA and NISD guidelines
- Provide support in editing standards and/or company procedures which relate to steel detailing
- Must have experience and knowledge of existing engineering codes, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences
- Conduct Document Control through revision by keeping track of changes during the drawing creation workflow
- Prepare approval, erection and fabrication drawings for projects using TEKLA, AutoCAD, etc.
- Accurately complete and check all necessary system input for finalization of fabrication and erection drawings, shop details, and Bill of Materials

Qualifications And Technical Competencies
