Role Description:

This is a full time on-site role for the following:

1. Senior

Interior Architect (Hospitality Projects)

: The role involves detailed knowledge of interior space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and drawings for a range of premium hotel interior projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient project management, client communication, team collaboration, and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture / interior design.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in hospitality and institutional projects.
- Relevant experience in hospitality design essential, with the ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects.




- Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software.
- Strong knowledge of materials and detailing.
- Project Management expertise to oversee project timelines and deliver on objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.

2. Interior Architect: The role involves detailed knowledge of interior space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and drawings for a range of premium hotel interior projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include -preparing and co-ordinating detailed drawing packages, client and consultant communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design.
- 2-4 years of work experience in hospitality and institutional projects.
- Relevant experience in hospitality design essential
- Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software
- Strong knowledge of materials and detailing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
