Job Summary:

Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring their condition, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring adherence to patient safety and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and clinical parameters.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and resuscitation.

- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators and monitors.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.

- Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.

- Ensure proper handover and coordination with doctors and other departments.

- Supervise and guide junior nursing staff.

- Maintain ICU cleanliness, readiness, and availability of essential supplies.

- Follow hospital policies and NABH standards.

- Minimum 3–5 years of ICU experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
