Required Sr. IAM Consultant with hands on experience in ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, IG for Support & Operations role.

Key Responsibilities -

Provide L2/L3 support for legacy ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, IG, and related IAM services.

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and outages in Kubernetes-based deployments.

Monitor ForgeRock services using logging and monitoring tools; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Manage Kubernetes resources including pods, deployments, services, config maps, secrets, and ingress.

Support CI/CD pipelines, configuration changes, and release deployments related to ForgeRock applications.

Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to resolve complex issues.

Handle patching, upgrades, and maintenance of legacy ForgeRock environments.

Ensure adherence to SLA, SLO, and compliance requirements.

Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications -





5-8 years of experience in IAM or middleware/application support roles.

Solid hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM (AM, IDM, DS, IG) especially legacy versions.

Solid understanding and operational experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.

Experience with Linux/Unix administration.

Knowledge of LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and authentication/authorization concepts.

Experience with troubleshooting Java-based applications (logs, thread dumps, heap dumps).

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).

Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar.

Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Exposure to Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Git-based CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of security best practices and enterprise IAM architectures.

ForgeRock certifications (if any).
