Senior HR Executive – Plant/Factory

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations for permanent and contractual employees.

Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

Manage daily attendance, shift, leave, overtime, absenteeism, and payroll inputs.

Handle contract labour management and coordinate with manpower contractors.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour laws, and other applicable labour regulations.

Maintain statutory records and support labour inspections and audits.

Handle employee grievances, counselling, disciplinary actions, warning/show-cause notices, and employee relations.

Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and EHS/Safety teams for manpower and HR requirements.

Support employee training, engagement, welfare, and performance management activities.

Prepare HR MIS related to manpower, attendance,



attrition, overtime, recruitment, and absenteeism.

Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies and plant discipline.

Candidate Requirements

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

4–7 years of experience in Plant/Factory HR, preferably in:

Construction Chemicals

Adhesives

Building Materials

Cement

Grouts & Mortars

Tiles / Allied Manufacturing

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.

Experience in handling workmen and contract labour.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP, Payroll & HR MIS.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.
