Job Title: Senior HR Recruitment

Job Summary

Autope Payment Solutions Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruitment skilled to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles and support HR operations and documentation. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on HR operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across levels.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Prepare and execute hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Assist in final selection and compensation structuring within approved budgets.
- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer acceptance.
- Track joining status and reduce offer dropouts.
- Support the onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.

B. HR Operations & Documentation





- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, show cause, and exit letters.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in employee lifecycle management (joining to exit).
- Ensure statutory and HR compliance documentation is maintained properly.
- Support audits and internal HR reporting.

- Ability to multitask and handle bulk and niche hiring.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Educational Qualification MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in IT / FinTech / Payment Solutions or technology-driven companies.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
