- Lead and manage the overall HR function.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Handle POSH/ICC, disciplinary matters, and workplace policies.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Prepare and present HR reports, MIS, and key HR metrics to senior management.
- Lead the HR team and coordinate with department heads and management.
- Drive employee retention, training, and succession planning.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
