- Manage end-to-end recruitment for organizational roles and project -based field enumerators in line with business and project requirements

- Facilitate employee on-boarding and induction

- Update Employee Database and Field Enumerator Database regularly.

- Payroll Processing

- Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate tracking to support payroll

- Partner with senior managers to coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and documentation

- Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

- Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and employee relations practices to support organizational goals.

- Handle disciplinary actions and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and co-ordinate employee training and development programs

- Create, maintain, and update HR Forms and Templates





- Maintain and update HR Manual as needed

- Support change management initiatives

- Execute Employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, and inclusive and work culture

- Gather employee feedback, identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and improve employee retention.

- Conduct Exit formalities

- Maintenance of Administrative Files

- ISO Co-ordination

Perform other HR-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
