Education:

- MBA / Master’s in HR or relevant degree

Experience:

- Experience in HR Operations & Generalist functions
- Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances & retention
- Manage performance appraisal and talent development
- Ensure labor law & statutory compliance
- Handle HR operations, payroll & attendance
- Manage training & development programs
- Prepare HR MIS, analytics & workforce reports
- Support manpower planning and organizational development
- Coordinate audits and process improvement
