About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Government, Public Affairs & Political Relations Manager with a proven track record of building relationships across government institutions, political leadership, public affairs ecosystems, and strategic stakeholders .

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, navigating government procurement, engaging with political and institutional leadership, and driving business growth across India's governance ecosystem.

You will own the complete engagement lifecycle—from stakeholder mapping and relationship development to proposal creation, commercial negotiations, and long-term partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business opportunities across Central & State Governments, PSUs, Urban Local Bodies, Smart Cities, Development Authorities, and Government Agencies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior bureaucrats, elected representatives, political leaders, advisors, public affairs professionals,



and institutional decision-makers.
- Engage with Ministers' Offices, Chief Minister's Offices, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assemblies, political organisations, and governance institutions where relevant.
- Identify governance, technology, and public-sector transformation opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and strategic discussions.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, capability presentations, and commercial submissions.
- Manage RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, GeM opportunities, and government procurement processes.
- Build and manage a high-quality government and political engagement pipeline.
- Develop strategic partnerships with System Integrators, technology companies, consulting firms, public affairs organisations, and ecosystem partners.
- Expand existing institutional relationships into long-term strategic partnerships.

Required Experience We are looking for professionals with:
- 6–10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in Government Sales, Government Relations, Political Consulting, Political Outreach, Public Affairs, Institutional Partnerships, or Public Sector Business Development .




- Experience working with government departments, elected representatives, political organisations, PSUs, or public institutions.
- Strong understanding of government decision-making, procurement, and public-sector ecosystems.
- Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, GeM, tenders, or strategic institutional engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong proposal development and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, develop, and close high-value strategic opportunities.
