Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 8 12 years of IT experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, Python, Data Engineering, and MLOps .

The role involves building scalable AI applications, productionizing ML pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Build scalable and production-ready ML pipelines using Python and up-to-date MLOps practices.
- Design and implement RAG architectures integrating vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop and deploy REST APIs and AI services for production environments.
- Productionize ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native services.
- Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement.
- Implement Responsible AI practices including model governance, bias detection, explainability, and security.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL, ETL, and cloud-based data engineering tools.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform requirement analysis, and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, and Client teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization of AI applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills Mandatory Skills
- 8 12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python-based Machine Learning development.
- Strong experience in Generative AI, including:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents / Agentic AI

- Prompt Engineering
- Solid expertise in Python for AI/ML application development.
- Experience in productionizing ML models and AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Model Evaluation, validation, monitoring, and Responsible AI practices.
- Strong Data Engineering experience using:

- SQL

- ETL

- Data preprocessing and transformation





- Experience with cloud platforms

- AWS

- Microsoft Azure

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Strong MLOps expertise including

- MLflow

- Docker

- Kubernetes

- CI/CD pipelines

- Model deployment and monitoring
- Experience building scalable Python APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement elicitation skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs.
- Experience with distributed data processing using Spark or Databricks.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant cloud or AI certifications are an added advantage.
