About the Role

Auro Realty is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior General Manager / AVP – Projects to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Commercial and Plotted Development Projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management from planning, design coordination, approvals, execution, and project handover.
- Drive the successful execution of Commercial and Plotted Development Projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.




- Manage multiple projects concurrently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement planning and effective contract management.
- Review project progress regularly and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics.
- Drive construction excellence, cost optimization, and productivity improvements across projects.
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, environmental norms, and local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management will be an added advantage.
- 20+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven expertise in Commercial Buildings and Plotted Development Projects.
- Robust track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within schedule and budget.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and large multidisciplinary teams.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with local development regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
