Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable applications, contributing to both backend and frontend components, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, offering technical insight and creative ideas.

- Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend layers.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver well-structured and maintainable software solutions.

- Build and enhanced frontend applications using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.

What You Bring





- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and at least one major web framework.

- Solid experience developing React applications

- Strong understanding of front-end-backend integration.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Robust communication and teamwork abilities.

- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks.

- Exposure to DevOps tools or container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Experience with TypeScript and frontend performance optimization.
