Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Franchise & Channel Development professional to expand the company’s franchise, dealer, and distributor network. The role involves lead generation, partner acquisition, sales, onboarding, relationship management, and business growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new franchise partners, dealers, and distributors to expand the business network.

Generate leads through architects, consultants, builders, showroom owners, traders, market networks, and other business sources.

Identify new markets and opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

Drive customer acquisition and revenue through franchise and channel partners.

Support partners with sales, market development, operations, and business growth.

Provide ongoing handholding and guidance to current partners, especially during their initial 1–2 years.

Coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, onboarding, and compliance with internal management/legal teams.

Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.

Build strong relationships with partners to drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term growth.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, and Management teams for smooth execution.

Track leads, sales, partner performance, conversions, revenue,



and market development.

Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline reports, and partner records.

Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and adherence to company processes.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in Franchise Development, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Dealer/Distributor Network Development.

Experience in dealer/distributor network expansion is preferred.

Experience in construction, building materials, interiors, or related industries is an advantage.

Key Stakeholders

Internal: Sales, Marketing, Design, Production & Management Teams

External: Franchise Partners, Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Consultants, Builders, Showroom Owners, Traders & Customers
