Senior Formwork Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and monitor formwork activities as per project schedules.

- Prepare and review formwork drawings, layouts, and execution methodologies.

- Coordinate with site execution, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of formwork works.

- Optimize formwork utilization and minimize material wastage.

- Resolve technical issues related to formwork systems and site execution.

- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 8+ years of experience in formwork engineering within the construction industry.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Solid technical knowledge of Monolithic Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/Aluform Shuttering) systems.

- Good understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.

- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
