Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, monitor business performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, and key financial performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

- Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, and business trends.

- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.

- Assist with audits, compliance, and financial controls.

- Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.





- 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, corporate finance, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, formulas) and PowerPoint.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is an added advantage.

- Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
