Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations of the company.

- Handle Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and accounts finalization.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

- Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow.

- Coordinate with CA, auditors and banks.

- Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and daily cash flow.

- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST, TDS and other returns.

- Maintain inventory accounting and costing for manufacturing operations.

- Support management with financial planning, budgeting and business reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

- 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing / Packaging / PET / Plastic industry.

- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MIS and Costing.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing finance will be preferred.
