Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, developing new customers, managing existing clients, and expanding the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
- Manage dealer/distributor networks and support channel sales.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and market visit reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales and collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in HVAC, electrical, appliances, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good dealer/distributor and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in HVAC, ventilation systems, electrical equipment, air-conditioning, or appliances will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
