Labour Compliance

Auditor will be responsible for conducting and managing labour compliance audits for approximately 150?200 vendors across multiple locations and states. The role involves vendor compliance monitoring, audit execution through compliance software, vendor and client coordination, compliance document verification, and closure of audit observations. The incumbent will ensure adherence to statutory requirements, maintain compliance records, prepare management reports, and support clients in achieving regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Compliance Audit & Monitoring

- Conduct labour compliance audits for vendors across various locations and states.
- Monitor and track the compliance status of 150?200 vendors and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
- Review, verify, and validate vendor compliance records and statutory filings.
- Perform audits through designated compliance management software and maintain audit records.

Vendor Coordination & Compliance Management




- Coordinate with vendors to collect, review, and validate compliance documents and statutory records.
- Follow up with vendors for closure of non-compliance observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to vendors on labour law and statutory compliance requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for client compliance-related queries and audit requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare compliance reports, audit trackers, dashboards, and management MIS reports.
- Maintain audit schedules, compliance databases, and vendor compliance records.
- Analyze compliance trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Support management with periodic compliance status updates and audit summaries.
