He/She as a Assistant Sales Manager have to independently drive residential and commercial sales in Real Estate, marketing, and channel strategy for Aryan Group in Kolkata. .

In his/her job role the below mentioned points are applicable:

He/She will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (units and value)

Need to Handel key broker and channel relationships partners.

Take leading steps in project launch strategies, conducting market intelligence and pricing recommendations, along with forecasting.

Need to coordinate directly with marketing, operations, legal and finance teams to ensure timely revenue delivery and future readiness for building a scalable sales organization

Male and female both candidates are required.

Salary no bar

Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.

Freshers are only allowed if they have completed an MBA from a reputable institute.

Client Management:



Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads from Channel partners.Engage with clients to identify property needs, provide advisory services, and build lasting relationships.

Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate property sales and manage the closing process.

Marketing & Showings: Conduct property viewings, and create listing presentations, organize brokers/CP meets

Leadership Quality:Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.

Communication Skill:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Strategic Planner: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, identifies opportunities, and drive business growth.

Market Research: Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
