for Executive: Referral Sales at Manipal Hospitals

Manipal Hospitals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive for our Referral Sales team. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other referral sources to enhance patient referrals to our hospital network. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales strategies, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and other referral sources to drive patient referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and organizations to present Manipal Hospitals' services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experience and service delivery.
- Track referral sources and maintain accurate records of all interactions and patient referrals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and participate in healthcare events, seminars, and workshops to promote hospital services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, referral trends,



and other key metrics to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital referral sales.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with varied stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into referrals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze referral metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
