Role & responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate enquiries from architects, builders, developers, consultants, government departments, and institutional clients.
- Ensure product specifications in upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Build a robust pipeline of projects and convert opportunities into sales.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with:

- Architects

- Interior Designers
- Builders & Developers

- Contractors

- MEP Consultants

- Project Management Consultants (PMC)

- Government Agencies
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.

Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for project execution.
- Follow up on enquiries until order closure.

Project Tracking
- Track projects from specification to execution.
- Monitor project progress and maintain regular contact with stakeholders.




- Ensure timely product approvals and sample submissions.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements.
- Submit regular market feedback reports.

Coordination
- Coordinate with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service teams for timely execution.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and after-sales support.

Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Prepare project tracking reports and sales MIS.
