Role Overview

Rain Industries Limited/RCCVL is seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Counsel to join our legal team, specializing in commercial litigation and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling court cases, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution involving vendors, supplier, contractors, and service providers in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, logistics and transportation agreements, and other contracts supporting procurement and operations within the manufacturing industry.

- Represent the company in commercial litigation and arbitration involving vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

- Provide legal support for commercial transactions, including drafting and vetting all types of commercial contracts for manufacturing companies.

- Liaise with external counsel for civil and arbitration matters.

- Maintain and organize legal documentation,



case records, and contract repositories.

Qualifications Experience

- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed institution.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing companies, handling commercial litigation, commercial disputes, and commercial contract management.

- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven workplace.

Preferred Attributes

- Prior in-house legal experience in manufacturing companies.

- Experience coordinating with external counsel on litigation.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
