Position:

Senior HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (Preferred) or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separation processes.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave management, HR operations, and HRMIS.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws,



PF, ESIC, PT, POSH, and other statutory regulations.
- Support performance management, KPI/KRA implementation, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports while supporting HR initiatives and continuous process improvement.
