Company Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle while supporting our growing workforce and technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee orientation.
- Manage employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

HR Operations

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR audits and maintain confidential employee information.

Performance & Employee Engagement

- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling professionally.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Compliance & HR Administration





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook documentation.
- Support HR reporting, MIS preparation, and management dashboards.
- Assist in implementing HR process improvements and automation initiatives.

Strategic HR Support

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.
- Recommend recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, hiring costs, and employee retention.
- Support employer branding initiatives across social media and recruitment platforms.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Generalist and IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring IT professionals across multiple technologies.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll coordination, and recruitment portals.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR reporting tools.
