Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage day-to-day HR operations, with responsibilities spanning HR management, implementation of HR policies, and employee relations activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur includes overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, performance management support, and HR documentation.

The role involves coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs, resolving employee queries, supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

The Senior

Executive HR will also contribute to HR process improvements, maintain accurate HR records, assist in payroll-related coordination, and support training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and coordination with multiple departments.
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Sound knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably at senior executive or similar level in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, with good analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a fair and inclusive workplace.
