NRole Overview

nSupport financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning;

track budget vs. actuals

N- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations

N- Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis





N- Build financial models;

support cash flow and working capital tracking

N- Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives

N- Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements

NSkills & Competencies

n- Solid analytical skills and finance fundamentals

N- Advanced Excel;

BItools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred

N- Good communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments

NQualification & Experience

N- B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

N- 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS
