About The Role As our new Senior Executive

Billing you will be responsible for post contract validation and inspection of our interior projects. You will be responsible for validating the quantity measurements and closing of all extra items with rate analysis, along with the financial closure of the projects. What Makes The Role Successful On site

- You will be responsible for visiting the site post completion and measuring the quantity of materials used in the project.




- You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates.
- You will be responsible for generating bills for the client post validation.

Off-site

- You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to the Finance Team for processing.
- Obtaining no dues certifications and commercially closing the project.

What We’re Looking For

- You are a billing professional with minimum 2 years of experience in the building construction industry.
- You have relevant experience of working in interior fit-out projects.
- You have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- You have in-depth knowledge of working on excel.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
