N1. Design Execution & Brand Consistency

- Conceptualise andexecute design assets across digital, print, and outdoor formats including social media creatives, emailers, brochures, reports, presentations, signages, and event collaterals.

- Ensure all design outputs are consistent with Embassy's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet campaign objectives.

n2. Layout & Creative Development

- Develop innovative layouts, visual concepts, and design frameworks for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
N
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling creatives with minimal iterations.
N
- Maintain a high standard of craft across typography, colour, composition, and imagery.
N
- Manage and organise design assets, templates, and brand files in a structured and accessible manner.
N
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes for various platforms and mediums.

Motion

Graphics& Video Editing

- Support creation of basic motion graphics,



animated creatives, and short-form video edits for digital platforms.
N
- Assist in post-production of marketing videos, reels, and campaign films as required.
N
- Use AI to create quick format videos
N

n4. Collaboration &Timelines;

- Work effectively under tight timelines without compromising on quality of output.
N
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/printers to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a transparent sense of prioritisation and ownership.

nQualifications andWork Experience:

- Bachelor's degreein Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
N
- 5-8 years of experiencein graphic design, preferably within a marketing team, creative agency
N
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design.
N
- Experience working withmarketing teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
