Position: Sr. Executive - Payable

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2+

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

- Process and verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payable transactions.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers in accordance with company policies.
- Review invoices for accuracy, supporting documentation, approvals, and tax compliance requirements.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Monitor payable aging reports and ensure outstanding liabilities are appropriately managed.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with treasury/banking teams for fund disbursements.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting records.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, vendor follow-ups, and resolution of GST-related issues.
- Handle Income Tax compliance, including tax computations, advance tax workings, return filings, and responses to tax notices and assessments.
- Support tax audits, statutory audits, and departmental assessments by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation within company processes.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities on taxation matters.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all tax-related transactions and filings.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
